Achievence Engagement Profile
Every Achievence engagement is structured to enable a hands-on approach
throughout the sales transformation process. Specific objectives
and deliverables are set forth at the outset of the engagement,
and an Achievence partner participates both in the boardroom and in
the field throughout the assessment, planning, and implementation
phases of the engagement.
Engagement Leader: An Achievence partner,
who usually carries no more than three to four clients at once.
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Brought
in on an as-needed basis from the Achievence team of consultants,
SMEs Provide input on items such as sales force automation and Federal
sales.
Achievence Interaction: Clients will
usually see many visits from the engagement leader for short, high
impact sessions, multiple times each week.
Engagement Structure: All engagements
are limited to month-to-month agreements at a fixed fee. Achievence
works to deliver those things agreed upon in the scope of work attached
to our engagement agreement and requested by our client.
